  • Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days (usually within 48 hours).
  • Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days, depending on destination.

Is shipping free ?

Yes:

  • Free shipping from €50 for France
  • Free shipping from £50 for UK orders

When do delivery times start ?

Delivery times are expressed in business days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays).

Tracking updates may appear once the parcel is scanned by the local carrier.

A temporary lack of updates is normal during this phase.

Why hasn’t my tracking updated yet ?

After dispatch, the parcel is handled by our logistics partner. Tracking updates appear once the local carrier scans the parcel.

A temporary lack of updates is normal during this phase.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy ?

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Items must be:

  • Tried on only, to check size or fit
  • In perfect condition, with no signs of wear, scratches, or damage
  • With all original tags intact
  • In their original packaging

* Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in the following cases:

  • Defective item
  • Item damaged upon delivery
  • Incorrect item received

How do ring size exchanges work ?

We offer one (1) free size exchange per order for rings.

  • The replacement item is shipped free of charge
  • Return shipping of the original ring is the customer’s responsibility
  • Requests must be made via the customer account or our support team

The returned ring may have been tried on to check the size, but must be returned:

  • In perfect condition, with no signs of wear, scratches, or damage
  • Complete, with all original packaging and included elements

What if my item arrives damaged or defective ?

Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photo or video proof.

We will offer:
