What are the dispatch and delivery times ?
- Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days (usually within 48 hours).
- Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days, depending on destination.
Tracking details are sent once your order ships.
Is shipping free ?
Yes:
- Free shipping from €50 for France
- Free shipping from £50 for UK orders

Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy ?
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Items must be:
- Tried on only, to check size or fit
- In perfect condition, with no signs of wear, scratches, or damage
- With all original tags intact
- In their original packaging
* Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in the following cases:
- Defective item
- Item damaged upon delivery
- Incorrect item received
How do ring size exchanges work ?
We offer one (1) free size exchange per order for rings.
- The replacement item is shipped free of charge
- Return shipping of the original ring is the customer’s responsibility
- Requests must be made via the customer account or our support team
The returned ring may have been tried on to check the size, but must be returned:
- In perfect condition, with no signs of wear, scratches, or damage
- Complete, with all original packaging and included elements
What if my item arrives damaged or defective ?
Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photo or video proof.
We will offer:
- a free replacement, or
- a full refund
Where do I send my return ?

When will I receive my refund ?
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after inspection, using the original payment method.
