By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.
“Services” refers to all features offered on our website including browsing, purchasing, payment processing, delivery, tracking, customer support and related functionalities.
1. Eligibility
You confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws applicable in your country of residence.
We may update these Terms at any time. The version published on this page prevails.
2. Products & Availability
We aim to present products as accurately as possible.
Minor variations (including colour differences due to screens) may occur.
All products are subject to availability.
If unavailable after purchase, we will offer a replacement or full refund.
Products sold are fashion accessories and not medical or protective equipment.
3. Orders & Payments
An order is confirmed only after successful payment validation.
We accept secure payment methods via authorised providers (Shopify Payments, PayPal, Klarna).
If payment is refused or cancelled, the order is automatically void.
Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days.
Estimated delivery: 4–7 business days (France & United Kingdom).
Risk transfers to the customer upon physical receipt of the goods.
We are not responsible for delays beyond our control (carrier disruptions, strikes, customs, weather).

5. Returns, Refunds & Defects
Returns are accepted within 14 days in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy and applicable consumer withdrawal laws.
Items may be tried on but must remain in resalable condition.
If an item is defective, damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 72 hours of delivery with evidence.
This timeframe allows us to open a carrier or supplier claim and does not affect your statutory legal rights.
Approved claims will result in a replacement or refund.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website (text, visuals, branding, designs) is the property of Hustle & Ice and may not be used without permission.
7. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory consumer rights.
Our liability is limited to the purchase value of the product concerned, except where prohibited by law.
We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or normal wear.
8. Personal Data
Personal data is processed according to our Privacy Policy in compliance with GDPR and UK GDPR.
9. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by French law.
Consumers may rely on mandatory protections of their country of residence.
