These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern all purchases made on the Hustle & Ice website.
By placing an order, you acknowledge having read and accepted these Terms.
1. Legal Capacity
You confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws applicable in your country of residence.
2. Products
Products sold are fashion accessories.
Descriptions, images and dimensions are provided as accurately as possible.
Minor variations (including colour perception due to screens or lighting) may occur and do not constitute a defect.
Products are offered subject to availability.
3. Prices
Prices include applicable taxes:
France: euros (€), VAT included
United Kingdom: pounds sterling (£), VAT included
The applicable price is the one displayed at checkout at the time of payment validation.
4. Orders
An order is confirmed once payment has been successfully authorised.
Hustle & Ice reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases including:

suspected fraud or chargeback risk

incorrect or incomplete customer information
-
abnormal quantity suggesting resale

product unavailability
If payment has already been captured, a full refund will be issued.
5. Delivery
Preparation
Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days.
Transit Time
Estimated after dispatch: 4–7 business days (France & United Kingdom)
Total Estimated Delivery
5–10 business days
An order is considered delivered once physically received at the delivery address provided during checkout.
The customer is responsible for providing an accurate address.
If incorrect, incomplete or unclaimed, reshipping fees may apply.
Delays beyond our control (carrier disruption, strikes, weather, customs) do not constitute grounds for immediate cancellation while the parcel remains in transit.
6. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with EU and UK consumer law, customers have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from the purchase without providing a reason.
The item may be tried on as in a physical store but must be returned:

unworn beyond fitting

in perfect condition
-
in its original packaging
7. Returns & Exchanges
General Conditions
All returns must be approved before being sent.
Return shipping costs remain the customer’s responsibility unless the error is attributable to Hustle & Ice.
Rings — Size Exchange
One (1) free size exchange per order is offered:
Replacement shipping: free
Return shipping: customer responsibility
8. Defective or Incorrect Item
If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you must contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photo or video evidence.
After validation we will provide:

a free replacement, or
-
a full refund
9. Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after receipt and inspection of the returned item.
Maximum processing time: 14 days after reception.
When the right of withdrawal is exercised, the standard outbound shipping cost is also refunded in accordance with consumer law.
10. Legal Guarantees
Customers benefit from:

Protection against hidden defects
These rights apply independently of any commercial policy.
11. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory consumer rights.
Hustle & Ice liability is limited to the purchase value of the product concerned except where prohibited by law.
We are not responsible for misuse, improper handling, or normal wear.
12. Personal Data
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and GDPR / UK GDPR regulations.
13. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by French law.
Consumers retain mandatory protections of their country of residence.
Before any legal action, both parties agree to seek an amicable resolution.
