These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern purchases made through the Hustle & Ice website.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions of Sale.

1. Legal Capacity

You confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws applicable in your country of residence.

By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided during the checkout process is accurate and complete.

2. Products

Products sold by Hustle & Ice are fashion accessories.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, specifications and dimensions are accurate and up to date.

Minor variations may occur, including differences in colour or appearance resulting from screen settings, lighting or manufacturing characteristics. Such variations do not constitute a defect where the product otherwise conforms to its description.

Products are offered subject to availability.

If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed and we are unable to fulfil the order, we will contact you and, where applicable, offer an appropriate alternative or provide a full refund for the unavailable product.

3. Prices

Prices are displayed in the currency applicable to the selected market.

Our current markets include:

• United States — US dollars ($)

Applicable taxes are included or displayed in accordance with the applicable tax rules and the information shown at checkout.

The applicable price is the price displayed at checkout at the time the order is placed and payment is validated.

Shipping costs, where applicable, are displayed separately at checkout.

4. Orders

An order is considered accepted once payment has been successfully authorised and an order confirmation has been issued.

Hustle & Ice reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in circumstances including:

• Suspected fraud or payment/chargeback risk
• Incorrect or incomplete customer information
• Abnormally large quantities suggesting unauthorised resale
• Product unavailability
• Technical or pricing errors affecting the order

If payment has already been captured and the order is cancelled by Hustle & Ice, the amount paid for the cancelled order will be refunded.

5. Delivery

Preparation

Orders are generally prepared for dispatch within 2–4 business days following payment confirmation.

This preparation period is separate from the shipping transit time.

Estimated Transit Time

Estimated delivery times after dispatch depend on the destination:

These are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed delivery deadlines unless expressly stated otherwise.

Delivery times are calculated in business days, generally Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and applicable public holidays.

An order is considered delivered once the goods have been physically received at the delivery address provided during checkout, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect, incomplete or unclaimed address, additional reshipping fees may apply.

Delivery may be delayed by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including carrier disruptions, strikes, customs procedures, severe weather, transport disruptions or other unforeseen events.

Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer rights relating to delivery delays or non-delivery.

6. Right of Withdrawal

European Union and United Kingdom

Where applicable under EU and UK consumer law, consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of delivery without having to provide a reason.

To exercise this right, the customer must notify Hustle & Ice within the applicable withdrawal period.

The product may be handled and tried on only to the extent reasonably necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, as a customer would be permitted to do in a physical store.

The product must then be returned in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes mandatory statutory consumer rights.

United States

For customers located in the United States, Hustle & Ice provides a 14-day commercial return period from delivery, subject to the conditions set out in our Refund & Return Policy and applicable law.

This commercial return period is separate from the EU/UK statutory right of withdrawal.

7. Returns & Exchanges

General Return Conditions

Returns are governed by our Refund & Return Policy.

Customers must contact Hustle & Ice and follow the applicable return instructions before sending a return.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Where a return is required because of an error attributable to Hustle & Ice, or where applicable law requires otherwise, Hustle & Ice will cover the appropriate return costs.

Rings — Size Exchange

Hustle & Ice does not offer general product exchanges.

However, one (1) free ring size exchange per order is available, subject to the conditions set out in our Refund & Return Policy.

• Replacement shipping: free
• Return shipping: customer responsibility

No size exchange is available for bracelets or other products unless expressly stated otherwise.

8. Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives defective, damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery and provide clear photo or video evidence where requested.

This reporting period allows us to investigate the issue quickly and, where necessary, initiate a claim with the carrier or supplier.

Following verification, we may provide:

• A free replacement
• A repair
• A price reduction
• A full refund

The 72-hour reporting period does not limit or remove any mandatory statutory consumer rights concerning defective or non-conforming goods.

9. Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Where applicable, refunds will be processed without undue delay and in accordance with the statutory deadlines applicable to the customer's purchase.

For EU and UK consumers exercising their legal right of withdrawal, the refund includes the cost of standard outbound delivery, where required by applicable law.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or the customer has provided evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first, where permitted by applicable law.

Return shipping costs are generally the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated in our Refund & Return Policy or required by law.

10. Legal Guarantees

Customers benefit from any mandatory legal guarantees and consumer protections applicable to their purchase.

For customers in the European Union, this includes the legal guarantee of conformity applicable to goods, as well as other mandatory consumer rights provided by applicable law.

These statutory rights apply independently of any commercial return or exchange policy offered by Hustle & Ice.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes mandatory legal rights.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

Hustle & Ice is not responsible for damage resulting from:

• Misuse of a product
• Improper handling
• Failure to follow reasonable product-care instructions
• Normal wear and tear
• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Where permitted by applicable law, Hustle & Ice will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable at the time the contract was entered into.

Nothing in these Terms affects mandatory consumer rights.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by French law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in the customer's country of residence.

Consumers retain any mandatory protections provided by the laws applicable to them.

In the event of a dispute, customers are encouraged to contact Hustle & Ice first so that we can attempt to reach an amicable resolution.

Nothing in this section prevents a consumer from exercising any statutory rights available under applicable law.
