Below are the details regarding order preparation and shipping.
Order Preparation
All orders are prepared within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
This preparation time is separate from the shipping transit time.
Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery after dispatch:
4–7 business days — France & United Kingdom
Delivery times are expressed in business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
During peak seasons, exceptional events, or carrier disruptions, delivery may take slightly longer.

We currently ship only to:
France
United Kingdom
Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Free shipping:
• Orders over €50 (France)
• Orders over £50 (United Kingdom)
Delivery Responsibility
The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect, incomplete, or unclaimed address, reshipping fees may apply.
An order is considered delivered once it has been physically received at the delivery address provided during checkout.
Delays Outside Our Control
We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including carrier disruptions, customs checks, strikes, weather conditions, or force majeure events.
These situations do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund while the parcel remains in transit.
