Refund & Return Policy — Hustle & Ice

1. Legal Right of Withdrawal (EU & UK)

In accordance with European Union and United Kingdom consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the date of delivery, without providing any reason.

To exercise this right, a return request must be submitted through your customer account or by contacting our support team.


2. Return Conditions

Items may be tried on to assess size and appearance as you would in a physical store.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Not be worn beyond necessary handling

  • Show no signs of prolonged use, scratches, or damage

  • Include all original tags

  • Be returned in original packaging

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase

If the returned product shows signs of use reducing its resale value, Hustle & Ice reserves the right to refuse the return or apply a partial refund proportional to the loss of value.


3. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the following situations:

  • Defective item

  • Item damaged upon arrival

  • Incorrect item received

In these cases, Hustle & Ice covers all return and replacement shipping costs.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service. Hustle & Ice cannot be held responsible for lost return parcels.


4. Size Exchange (Rings)

For rings, we offer one (1) free size exchange per order:

  • Replacement shipment is free

  • Return shipping of the original ring remains the customer’s responsibility

  • The ring may only be tried on for sizing and must be returned in resalable condition

  • Only one exchange per order is allowed


5. Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery and provide clear photo or video evidence.

After this timeframe, we may no longer be able to process the claim.

Depending on the situation, we will offer:

  • A free replacement, or

  • A full refund


6. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Log in to your Hustle & Ice customer account

  2. Select the relevant order

  3. Click Request a return

  4. Follow the instructions provided

Returns must be approved before shipping.
Any parcel returned without prior approval will not be accepted.


7. Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days after the returned item has been received and validated by our quality control inspection.

We do not issue refunds based solely on proof of shipment.

If the returned product does not meet our return conditions, the refund may be refused or a partial refund may be applied to reflect the loss of value.

In accordance with EU and UK regulations, when the right of withdrawal is exercised, only the standard outbound shipping cost (lowest delivery option offered) is refundable.
