Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 14 days in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.

For rings, one size exchange is offered (one per order).
The replacement shipment is free.
Return shipping of the original ring remains the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds are issued after the returned item has been received and inspected, within a maximum of 14 days.

If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with visual proof to receive a free replacement.
